"My puppy stepped on a 3-pronged fish hook while swimming in the local reservoir and we called Silver Creek to see if they could help us because we were approximately 45 mins away from our local vet. They were very gracious and welcoming to my baby. They took her back right away and made her feel comfortable until she could be seen by the dr. The girls at the front desk made her mom comfortable by giving me constant updates. Once seen, she had the hook removed, kisses and treats to feel better and a bandage as a badge of courage to prove her toughness. Couldn't be happier with the care and empathy showed to us."
