"Both Dr. Stiens and Dr. Caplis have performed cyst surgeries on my poodle and they contacted me while in surgery with her to let me know how the procedures went and what follow up care will be needed by me and the clinic. I feel more like I'm being personally served by these doctors who own the veterinary practice than being served a menu of costs up front to choose from at a corporate-owned clinic. This old school veterinary style suits me best. Though my dog has had great veterinarians at the new style clinics, I prefer to invest in the privately owned Silver Creek clinic where the doctors are just as skilled and caring as the doctors we've encountered at other local clinics."
